For so many years, long years stretched from mountain to horizon, rubber-band-tense but pool-surface-still, we waited, waited.

Virgo can be described as non-conducive. His textural relations include charcoal, salt water, "clean dirt" (like a mud bath), wet sand. His color scheme is natural. He comes from the city and is not safe in the wilderness. And when he hunts strangers, he torments ones that look like animals, and executes humanoid ones.
But, it's not because of the wild animals.
Always without really touching them. Tying them up and letting the sun burn them. Trapping them and starving them. And how can we forget, as companions on his drive.
Bracey, on the other hand, is less "clean," and more "cleansing" – related sensations include mint, menthol, mouthwash, and nail polish remover. His color scheme is unnatural. He comes from a rural environment, but his motivations take him to the city.
We can regard the city as an abstraction from nature, and thus the strangers as a by-product of urbanization; without them, there can be no psycholy, and thus for Bracey, no 'escape'.
When Bracey hunts strangers, he executes ones that imitate nature, and torments human ones.
There are many things that they share, however. They both love cats, they both pick up litter, they both get annoyed when someone cuts down a tree, neither of them eat meat, they're both left-handed, they both hang out in the same secluded haven (that neither really knows they share with the other, for a long time).
